At Nepterra, every piece is crafted with intention and care. As a growing brand focused on quality, hygiene, and fairness, we follow a strict and transparent Returns & Exchange Policy. We request you to read this carefully before placing an order.

Strict Refund Policy - Store Credit Only

Store Credit

  • All approved returns are refunded strictly as Nepterra Store Credit.

  • Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Store Credit can be used on any future purchase across the website.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are also refunded only as Store Credit.

  • No cash, bank transfer, or payment gateway refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following charges are non-refundable in all cases:

  • Shipping charges

  • COD fees

  • Return pickup / courier charges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, your request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must meet all the conditions below:

✔ Unused and unwashed
✔ No signs of wear or usage, including:

  • Stretch marks

  • Perfume or fragrance

  • Makeup, tan, sweat, or deodorant marks

✔ Original tags and packaging must be intact
✔ An unboxing video of the received item is mandatory for all returns or exchanges

Bodysuits (Important)

  • Eligible only if the hygiene protection sticker is intact and untampered

  • If the sticker is removed or damaged, the bodysuit is considered used and the request will be rejected

All returned items are subject to a strict Quality Check at our warehouse. Nepterra reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Clearance items

  • Innerwear-style pieces

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased using Store Credit

  • Bodysuits with removed or damaged hygiene stickers

Exchange Policy 

Size Exchanges Only

  • Exchanges are allowed strictly for size issues only

  • We do not support:

    • Style swaps

    • Colour swaps

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • All exchange requests must be submitted through the Return & Exchange Portal on our website

  • Requests via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DMs will not be accepted

Exchange Fee

  • A flat ₹150 shipping fee applies to all size exchanges on full-price items
    (This covers pickup and re-dispatch costs)

Exchange Timeline

  • Once the returned item passes Quality Check, the exchange order will be dispatched within 7- 8 business days

Clearance Sale Items

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange

Upgrade Option (Clearance Items)

A clearance item may be exchanged only if you choose to upgrade, by paying:

  • The difference between the clearance price and the original full price, plus

  • The ₹150 exchange shipping fee

Once upgraded, the item will follow standard full-price exchange rules.

 Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Items failing quality inspection will be returned to the customer

  • Nepterra reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests
