PARTIAL COD

At NEPTERRA, we offer Partial COD on selected orders for customers who prefer the convenience of paying a portion of their order in advance and the balance upon delivery.

How it works

20% of your order value is paid at checkout to confirm the order. The remaining 80% is payable directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

The advance payment is adjusted against the total value of your order and is not an additional charge.

Cancellation & RTO

Once a Partial COD order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is refused, not accepted, or returned to us as an RTO (Return to Origin) due to the customer’s actions, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

This includes refusal of delivery, failure to accept the shipment, or providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

If an order is cancelled by NEPTERRA, cannot be fulfilled from our end, or there is an issue attributable to NEPTERRA, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

Repeated RTOs

To protect our limited-batch production and fulfilment process, NEPTERRA reserves the right to restrict or disable COD/Partial COD availability for customers with repeated RTOs or refused deliveries.
